Registration is Now Open!
Follow the steps below to confirm your registration for the 2020 Drums & Dragons Race!
- Have your designated Team Captain/Representative fill out the Registration Form below.
- Click the "Donate on Behalf of an Organization/Business" checkbox and list your Business, Nonprofit, or Community/Club's legal name (please do not list your intended team name if different form your legal one).
- Please check the box on the form corresponding with your payment type; whether you are paying up-front, in installments, or if you intend to fundraise or Sponsor your team's payment. In order to secure your spot in the 2020 line-up, you are expected to either pay in full, pay a 50% deposit, or put-down a $25 "in good faith" down-payment for your business/nonprofit with your remaining balances due as listed in the form. This timeline applies to both nonprofits who are fundraising their registration fees, as well as to sponsor teams in regards to when Sponsor payments are due.
- Once you've registered your team, a Dragon Committee Ambassador will be in touch to assist you with event-related items including how to set-up the everydayhero process, inform you of what is required from your team, share with you important dates/timelines, etc.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO REGISTER A TEAM?
Registration is $1,500 per team and can be paid for either by a team sponsor or by individual/team contributions.

All Team Registrants to this year's Drums & Dragons Race have access to our free-to-use fundraising platform called Everydayhero. It is super easy to set-up, can be shared widely with your friends and family, and has unlimited fundraising potential!
WHY SHOULD I FUNDRAISE IF I AM PAYING A REGISTRATION FEE?
The registration fee only covers the cost to produce the event.
Every paddler is strongly encouraged to fund-raise by sharing an everydayhero fundraising page with their friends and family via social media or email.
Last year we had a nonprofit team who came on board just 3 weeks before the race who were able to raise over $1,300 for their team...and they got to keep it all in addition to the proceeds from the race!
